PARTNER MINISTRIES

LOCAL AND GLOBAL

Our desire is to mobilize people to do what Jesus did wherever they are. We want to engage our neighbors, our city and the world. At Center Pointe, you’ll find that our local outreach is done almost entirely through our small groups. We believe that we can simply do more and do it better when our groups take the initiative and serve where they naturally have influence and passion! Below are some resources to help small groups take the next step in serving our city (they are great resources for individuals and families as well).

PATHWAY TO HOPE

Pathway to Hope is a pregnancy care center that has been serving the Hamilton area since 1993. Our mission is to save the lives of the unborn by reaching women and men in unexpected pregnancies and providing them with the necessary education and support to choose life. We promote the sanctity of life and share the gospel of Jesus Christ. We provide women in crisis pregnancies with the necessary support services to enable them to carry their babies to term.

FAMILY PROMISE

Family Promise provides overnight lodging and support services to homeless children and families in Butler County. Once enrolled, families are “hosted” by local churches, who shelter and feed them.  Discover the wide range of volunteer opportunities at Family Promise of Butler County– from serving meals, to providing financial literacy training, to assisting with fundraising events. There is something for everyone!

PAUSE FOR PARENTS

Pause for Parents, Play for Kids, Inc. provides rest, support, connection and fun to families with differing needs to build resilience and increase hope. We support families who have children (ages 0-24) with developmental disabilities, mental/behavioral health challenges (including complex trauma), chronic medical conditions, children with IEPs/504s and those in foster or kinship care. By giving families space to share their story and use their voice, Pause serves as the bridge to stronger relationships, better outcomes and more inclusive communities.

SERVE CITY

Serve City is an outreach center in Hamilton, Ohio, dedicated to serving the needs of Butler County's low-income and homeless individuals and families, offering help and hope to our neighbors in need. Drawing churches together in unity to minister the love of Jesus Christ to people in need of food, clothing, and shelter, while helping them obtain a higher level of self-sufficiency and increased connection to God.

We exist to share the gospel and help break the cycle of poverty by investing in impoverished children, their families and communities through clean water, nutrition, education, and discipling projects.  We achieve our goals through charitable donations and child sponsorship, which unites children in need with individual sponsors who wish to address the child's immediate and basic needs.
