Ralph Neufarth and his wife, Lynn, have been married since 1975. They have been part of Center Pointe since July 2018. They reside in Liberty Township and have two grown married children, Brad and Lauren, along with their spouses and five grandsons. Ralph is retired from Procter & Gamble.

Ralph has had many experiences serving in previous churches since his salvation at the age of 25. These include lay leader, lay speaker, church school superintendent, administrative council, pastor/parish relations, short and long-term Sunday school teacher, small group leader, and elder at a previous church. Ralph also served as an elder from 2021 to 2024 at Center Pointe. He and Lynn currently serve as Connections coaches.

Ralph is humbled by this opportunity and prays he can be a grace-filled ambassador for Jesus and His church.
