Rick joined the Center Pointe staff as Connections Pastor in October 2025 after serving in ministry for more than 25 years. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in General Ministry from Cincinnati Christian University and has previously served as a Youth Pastor, Campus Pastor, and Youth Development Coordinator.

Born and raised in Springfield, Ohio, Rick gave his life to Christ at age 10 and felt called to ministry soon after. He began attending Center Pointe in 2023, became a member in 2024, and quickly got involved on the Missions Committee and Connections Team before joining the CPCC staff.

Rick loves spending time with his family—his four kids, Hannah (Zach), Rebekah (Mason, Leah, and Rickie, his sweetheart Shari, and her kids, Livy and Micah. Together they enjoy camping, fishing, and watching Rickie and Micah perform with the Edgewood Marching Band. A lifelong sports fan, Rick is also a devoted college basketball enthusiast! Rick’s favorite part of ministry is serving alongside men and women who give their time and energy to make sure everyone who walks through Center Pointe’s doors feels like they belong.
