Jim Diebold

Elder | Affirmed: 2025

Jim Diebold and his wife, Cindy, have attended Center Pointe since 2013 and have been residents of Fairfield/Fairfield Township since 1999 after Jim’s job transferred them from St. Louis. The answer is yes – they are still Cardinals fans. They have one son, Jack, who is working towards a degree in meteorology with a desire to be a storm chaser.

Jim and Cindy have volunteered in CP Kids and Student Ministries since 2015, serving as small group leaders. Their son Jack also jumped in as a small group co-leader during his high school years. In the last few years, Jim has been a small group leader coach as well as a volunteer in the CP Kids environment. Recently, Jim became a co-leader of a men’s ministry group. Jim and Cindy have been part of an adult small group since 2014.

Since February 2020, Jim transitioned from his previous business to become a business coach and trainer. Over that time, it became evident that God was moving him to focus his practice on Christian businesses and Christian business owners. Now, Jim’s goal is to disciple leaders, helping them live out the Gospel at and through work. He is also showing them how to have a thriving business by following God’s design as laid out in the bible. Jim is also active in Scouts BSA as an Eagle Board Coordinator and is also a board member of the Colerain Chamber of Commerce.

Jim is excited to continue his faith journey as an elder, serving Center Pointe and the community.
