Finance Coordinator

The Finance Coordinator provides support to the Ministry Support Department by managing the accounts payable systems, budget process, and donor database. This position also provides clear communication and accurate reporting based on rigorous reconciliation, fixed asset tracking, and audit support. Dedication to maintaining high standards of financial integrity and organizational support is support.

Discipleship Pastor

The Discipleship Pastor is responsible for the strategy, direction, and leadership of the Discipleship ministry areas at Center Pointe Christian Church (CPCC). These ministry areas include Connections, Missions, Marriage, Men’s, Women’s, and Care. This individual will champion discipleship from seekers to mature Jesus followers. The Discipleship Pastor will provide resources, training, and coaching to the Adult Ministry team to help them fulfill their assigned duties.

Childcare Coordinator

The Childcare Coordinator is responsible for supporting the childcare needs of the CPCC ministries. This includes planning, organizing, coordinating, communicating, and managing all logistics related to childcare. They will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, training, and managing a team of childcare workers. They will establish routines to maintain safety and fun in childcare environments, and will utilize CP Kids resources such as Check-In technology and curriculum.

Technical Director

The Technical Director’s (TD) primary role is to plan, prepare, and produce weekend worship services and special events; leading all aspects of audio, video, and lighting (AVL) production, both in person and online. This role ensures high-quality, distraction free environments that help people find and follow Jesus through creative and technical excellence.  

Beyond the execution of the weekend, the TD champions innovation of all Worship Experience locations by continually assessing, improving, and evolving our technical systems and experiences to better serve our mission. This includes strategic upgrades, improved processes, creative problem-solving, and intentional volunteer development. 

The TD will recruit, develop, lead, and provide oversight to the volunteer technical team of 8-10 volunteer positions each Sunday. This includes intentionally building a team that reflects a wide range of ages and experiences while creating opportunities for both seasoned adults and emerging leaders to serve. A particular emphasis will be placed on engaging and equipping students, helping them discover and develop their technical and creative gifts in service to the church.

Childcare Worker

Join us in our mission to help families thrive! Our CP Adults ministries offer childcare on Wednesday morning for Women’s Bible Study and Wednesday evenings for Re-Engage. CPCC chooses to provide childcare to parents can engage in classes, friendship, and fellowship without the distraction of parenting. We are seeking additional individuals to join our Childcare Team. These individuals will spend time playing with and pouring into children as their parents participate in programming. These are paid positions. A minimum age of 16 is required.
